How often will I get this box?

Our subscription boxes ship out once per month between the 5th and the 10th. Our one-time gift boxes will ship within 5 days, no matter when you order. You can always email us for details or expedited shipping options, hello@bathbenefitbox.com.

I don't take baths. Is this box for me?

Yes! Many of our products can be used in the shower or outside the shower too - lotion, candles, face and body scrubs. From time to time we may also offer teas, shower bombs, and bath gels too. Every month will be different.

What's in the box?

5-6 handcrafted items made by local artisans. We've scoured local boutiques and farmer's markets for the best quality products available. As a small business we believe whole-heartedly in supporting other small businesses from our community.

How much does it cost?

A monthly bath benefit costs 39.95 with FREE shipping.  Please note that sales tax will be charged for orders shipping to Georgia. Our one-time gift boxes include more items, FREE SHIPPING and cost $43.95.

How does billing work?

Upon subscribing, you will be charged immediately for your first box. After your first box has shipped, you’ll begin with our regular billing cycle. For the Bath Benefit monthly subscription, we bill regularly on the 1st and ship around the 5th-10th of each month. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box’s progress. You will be notified via email when your auto-renewal is around the corner and given the opportunity to opt-out of recurring payment.

I just subscribed, when will I receive my first box?

Yay! If you subscribe before the 30th of any given month, your first box will be included in the regularly scheduled shipment for that month. If you subscribe after the 30th, you will receive your first box in the following month’s shipment.

When are boxes shipped each month?

All boxes are shipped between the 5th and the 10th of each month. Your box should arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days.

How do I update my billing information?

You can do this by logging into your Bath Benefit account and changing your payment information.

Can I buy a gift subscription for a friend or family member?

Absolutely! Just click the gift box. 

Can I buy a one-time gift for a friend or family member?

Yes! This is one of our favorite things! Let us help you give the perfect gift! If it's for an event other than a birthday, contact us at hello@bathbenefitbox.com and we'll work to customize it for you, including a handwritten gift message.

Where and how do you ship?

Shipping is free and Bath Benefit subscriptions can be shipped to any address in the United States. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ship via USPS and once your box has shipped, it should arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your monthly subscription, login into your account and select "Edit" under Your Subscriptions. From there you can cancel your subscription. Please note that if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle. 

How do I receive a refund?

Due to the personal nature of bath and body care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if the box or any of the products were damaged during shipment please contact us at hello@bathbenefitbox.com and we will work with you to solve any problems.
